Payment Terms

Payment terms for a project

Project and order : A project refers to home or commercial design undertaking for a single location / site. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

Booking MSI : You can book your interior project with us by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the initial quote / estimate or Rs.100,000/- (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you are required to pay 20% for the new scope before design can begin.

Once preliminary 2D or 3D Design are presented the Booking amount of 10% or more is non-refundable but can be adjusted against partial interior works conducted by us (subject to terms and conditions).

Production & Completion payment terms are subject to scope and agreement.

Payment gateway fee

  • Gateway fee shall be waived off for the first instalment paid by customer.

  • Invoice shall be provided

  • A non-refundable gateway fee of 2%(including GST) per transaction shall be levied on payments made by customers against a project.

Payment Terms for an Order

In case your booking fee is already adjusted against an order(s), the following payment terms will apply for all subsequent orders. Need to be placed at 50% payment advance (inclusive of booking amount) & 50% payment prior to Delivery and Installation at site.

Terms & Conditions

  • Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project completion. MSI is not liable for any such delay.

  • In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash or credits.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to selected material availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order.

  • Delivery Charges

Our offer are inclusive of Delivery Charges

  • Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your project order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [90] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

For leads, The maximum time we take to deliver leads of upto 3BHK or 2000sqft space is 60 working days, (subject to the size and work of the project).


  • Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping & Handling costs are included in our offer.


  • GST

Sales tax is charged according to the government guidelines and are included in our offer as a separate line item.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, we are liable for replacement / repair
